Hi, I’m Carrollynn! I believe every event, big or small, should be unforgettable and stress-free so you can focus on enjoying the moment instead of managing it.
With a background in hospitality and a college education in Culinary Arts with a Hospitality focus, I bring over 12 years of customer service experience across related hospitality fields. I’m calm under pressure, highly organized, and believe clear, consistent communication is the foundation of any successful event. Building genuine one-on-one relationships is my specialty, I take the time to listen, ask the right questions, and translate your ideas into a clear, executable plan.
I prioritize personalization, attention to detail, and keeping the planning process as stress-free as possible. I believe events should reflect the people behind them, not just the latest trends. I work hand-in-hand with my colleague and best friend, Kayla, pairing strong communication and client advocacy with her hands-on, behind-the-scenes expertise to bring your vision to life.

Kayla Ritchey
Hi, I’m Kayla! I bring over 15 years of customer service experience and a strong production background to every event we coordinate. I currently work as a Production Coordinator at 4Wall Entertainment, one of the largest lighting, video, and rigging companies in the industry, where precision, teamwork, and preparation are essential.
I hold a theatre degree from Penn State with a focus on Stage Management, which has equipped me with the technical knowledge, organizational skills, and calm, behind-the-scenes leadership needed to keep events running smoothly. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, always prepared to assist in the event of a medical emergency.
From decorating a space and managing logistics to repairing a last-minute wardrobe issue, I come prepared with my well-stocked toolkit (and plenty of glue sticks). My work with Arrow Studio and Events in Pottsville, PA, has helped build a strong community of hardworking women, and as a lifelong Girl Scout, I’m always ready to problem-solve and take on whatever challenges the day brings.
