We take care of setting up and breaking down your event so you don’t have to. From decor placement to coordinating vendor deliveries, details are handled according to your plan. After the celebration, we return to manage tear down, vendor pickups, and clearing the space.

Day-of Coordination
Starting cost: $900

You’ve planned the details, we make sure they run smoothly on the day of your event. We serve as the main point of contact for vendors, manage the timeline, and oversee event flow. Any unexpected issues are handled calmly and behind the scenes.

Set up, Tear Down and Day of Coordination
Starting cost: $1,300

Our most comprehensive service for complete peace of mind. This package includes setup, full day-of coordination, and post-event tear down. From the first delivery to the final pickup, every detail is managed with care.
