What is your service area?
We proudly serve clients within a 50 mile radius of our home town - Pottsville, PA. If you event is beyond this radius, we’re happy to travel for an additional travel fee. Just let us know your event location, and we’ll gladly discuss options.
Are we able to meet in person?
Yes! We love meeting our clients in person when possible. In-person meetings are available, and we also offer virtual meetings for convenience and flexibility. Reach out to us to discuss your meeting options.
Do you coordinate events other than weddings?
Yes, we coordinate much more than weddings. Our services include showers, birthday parties, work events, celebrations, and all of life’s milestone moments. If you’re celebrating something special, we’re here to help.
Are you an event / wedding planner?
Currently, we do not offer Event Planning services, but we are excited to announce that we plan to add this service in the future. At this time, we only offer Event Coordination services. Please see "Our Services" page for additional information.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Do you work as a team?
Yes! We work together as a team to ensure no detail is overlooked. Having two experienced coordinators allows us to provide seamless coverage, clear communication, and extra peace of mind on event day.
